I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some important updates regarding my practice and upcoming offerings.

Scheduling Update

My online calendar is now updated through to July. I’ve made adjustments to offer later evening sessions at least one day a week. If you’re interested in booking regular recurring sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), please reach out as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Vacation Time & Upcoming Training

I will be out of the office August 15 - August 30, 2025 taking some vacation time.

GST Exemption for Clinical Counselling Services

I’m pleased to inform you that as of now, Registered Clinical Counsellors in BC are exempt from collecting GST on psychotherapy services. This means you will no longer be charged GST on your sessions, and you may be able to claim your counselling fees on your income tax return.

Fees & Policies

My fee for 50 minute individual therapy sessions are now $157.50 per hour.

Please also note that, as a reminder, a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged at the full session fee.

Upcoming Workshops

Rita Pare and I will be collaborating to offer a 2 night, 3 day healing & wellness retreat at the Kispiox River Lodge. We are in the process of fine tuning details and will release more information ASAP.
