I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some important updates regarding my practice and upcoming offerings.

Scheduling Update

My online calendar is now updated through to early April. I’ve made adjustments to offer later evening sessions at least one day a week. If you’re interested in booking regular recurring sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), please reach out as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Vacation Time & Upcoming Training

I will be out of the office April 9 - April 27, 2025. During this time, I will be taking some vacation time - and also completing an intensive training in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I will be returning to the office on Monday, April 28 2025 and am feeling excited to add this new modality to my ‘clinical toolkit’ in collaboration with other medical providers in Northern BC.

GST Exemption for Clinical Counselling Services

I’m pleased to inform you that as of now, Registered Clinical Counsellors in BC are exempt from collecting GST on psychotherapy services. This means you will no longer be charged GST on your sessions, and you may be able to claim your counselling fees on your income tax return.

Fees & Policies

My fee for 50 minute individual therapy sessions are now $157.50 per hour.

Please also note that, as a reminder, a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged at the full session fee.

Upcoming Workshops

Ming-Bo Lam and I have been collaborating to offer an Embodied Movement Series and it has been SO MUCH FUN!!! The sessions are happening Feb 23/25; March 23/25; and April 27/25 @ 9 - 10:30 am. You can join for one session, two, or all three. The cost is $60 for individual sessions or $150 for the 3 session bundle. Information & Registration here! We would love to have you MOVE with us!
